Twinning of Elstree and Borehamwood with town of Shoham

Deputy Lieutenant Michael Kaye was pleased to attend the ceremony for the twinning of Elstree and Borehamwood with the town of Shoham in Israel. The ceremony was attended by a number of civic dignitaries.
