The following days and weeks, will be a time of deep reflection and sadness. My sincere condolences to all her family - Now she can be at rest with her beloved husband Prince Phillip . I remember as a 6 year old writing and asking you to attend our Silver Jubilee celebrations and getting a letter back thanking me for the invite but you wouldn't be able to attend. You hoped I would have a great time. I still have that letter. You have been the one constant in my entire life, along with my parents and its so so sad you are no longer here. You hare now arrived, fashionably late to your party in the sky and are reunited with your love Phillip. RIP ma'am.

Her Majesty The Queen, just one remarkable lady, who has been a constant presence in my life. I particularly remember seeing her on a number of occasions during my Nursing Years at Westminster Hospital, where I was fortunate to be selected to provide first aid for services at Westminster Abbey on several occasions. I remember her smile, wit and poise. May you rest in peace ma’am, thank you for your service.
