‘Women in Policing’ Conference

Dr Sally Burton was invited to be the keynote speaker at the Women in Policing conference at Police HQ on Friday, 6th March. It was an event set up to celebrate and recognise women within the Hertfordshire Constabulary, and Sally was asked to speak as a woman in a leadership role. After an introduction by Chief Constable Andy Prophet, there was also a presentation by the head of ERSOU (Eastern Region Special Operations Unit, not in the photo) and a great panel discussion on women advancing in leadership.
