Welwyn Hatfield Polish Heritage Day Festival

Annie Brewster represented the Lord-Lieutenant at the Welwyn Hatfield Polish Heritage Day Festival held in Hatfield Town Centre on the 23rd May 2026.

It was the first official event for Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council‘s first Polish Mayor, Michal Siewniak, who explained the festival was an opportunity to celebrate the unity and diversity of Polish culture and history and to showcase the contribution local Polish families make, forging stronger relationships within the community.
