Welcome New British Citizens

On 28^th February 2024, Dr John Howie DL attended the Citizenship Ceremony at Hertfordshire County Hall to welcome 40 new citizens to the United Kingdom. Each citizen swore an oath of allegiance before being presented with their Certificate of Citizenship by Dr Howie.
