Unveiling of Defibrillator outside Wormley Community Centre and Costcutter

On 31st May 2024, Karen Trew DL unveiled a 24/7 public access defibrillator and bleed kit outside Wormley Community Centre and Costcutter.

Justin Honey-Jones from the charity Hearts for Herts initiated this project and funded the installation of this defibrillator.

Broxbourne Big Local, Wormley and Turnford Big Local and Costcutter fundraised for the defibrillator and The Bulls Head in Turnford provided the bleed kit from their fundraising.

Hearts for Herts charity will be running Lifesaver training at Wormley Community Centre and Karen Trew DL will be joining a course this month.
