Three Rivers DC Chairman’s Civic Service 2020

On Sunday 1st March 2020, David Cansdale DL attended the Three Rivers DC Chairman’s Civic Service at Saint Mary The Virgin Church in Rickmansworth.

There was a great turn out of dignitaries for Chairman of the Council, Councillor Paula Hiscock.
