Sir Tim Wilson DL attends the Willian Fair

Deputy Lieutenant Sir Tim Wilson represented the Lieutenancy at the Willian Fair, a feature of North Hertfordshire life for over 40 years. This year Sir Tim gave a very professional opening speech and then took the time to chat with many of the organisers and visitors.
