Raising of the flag on Commonwealth Day in St Albans

On 13th March 2023, the Lord-Lieutenant attended the raising of the Commonwealth flag in St Albans on Commonwealth day. The ceremony was attended by the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire, Sally Burton, the Mayors of Hertfordshire, the Chair of Herts County Council, the Dean of St Albans Cathedral and others to honour the Commonwealth Charter.
