Licensing of the University of Hertfordshire Chaplain

On 20th November 2019, Deputy Lieutenant David Cansdale was delighted to represent the Hertfordshire Lieutenancy at the Licensing of the University of Hertfordshire Chaplain, Reverend Fiona Souter.

The Licensing was by The Right Reverend Dr Michael Beasley Bishop of Hertford and attended by a number of dignitaries including Chancellor Robert Gascoyne-Cecil, 7th Marquess of Salisbury and Vice-Chancellor of the University Professor Quintin McKellar, Mayors of Hatfield and Welwyn, representatives from local churches and Muslim organisations who formally welcomed the new chaplain.
