David Kennedy presented with Legion d’Honneur Medal

On 13th January 2020, The Lord-Lieutenant was privileged to present David Kennedy with Legion d’Honneur medal at The Chadwick Care Home. David is 93 and remembers every detail of his distinguished service during World War II.  At the presentation, there was hardly any room on his uniform to pin his latest medal, congratulations David!!
