Commissioning of Hertfordshire Chaplain for the Order of St John

Deborah Taverner MStJ DL represented the Lord Lieutenant at the commissioning of Reverend Sherine Angus as the Hertfordshire Chaplain for the Order of St John at St Albans Cathedral on 6^th July. The Vice Dean of the Priory of England and the Islands, Mark Price, travelled from Birmingham to admit Rev. Sherine Angus to the Office during Evensong. St. John Ambulance County Commissioner and County President were among those present at the service. They were fortunate to have the St Albans Cathedral Girls’ Choir, which consists of girls aged 8-14 yrs, beautifully singing during the service.
