Community Action Dacorum Local Charity Event

Deputy Lieutenant Liz Green was delighted to represent the Lord Lieutenant at the Community Action Dacorum, which held its first local charity event in Kings Langley Community Centre. A wide range of charities were there to showcase the services they offer to the local community, and members of the public were welcomed. From gardening to theatre, energy saving, a local care home, training, and supporting adults with learning difficulties – it was good to chat with everyone and learn more about how much support is available, whether through paid roles or volunteer opportunities.
