The Lord-Lieutenant attends the Ukraine anniversary flag raising

On 24th February 2023, the Lord-Lieutenant attended the first Ukraine war anniversary flag-raising ceremony at County Hall, Hertford. The ceremony was attended by a number of dignitaries including the chair of the County Council Annie Brewster.
