‘Wild About Hertfordshire” Exhibition
Category : Events

On Thursday 20th March, Dr John Howie DL had the pleasure of attending the opening evening Preview of the ‘Wild About Hertfordshire’ exhibition.

Wild About Hertfordshire celebrates 150 years of the Hertfordshire Natural History Society – volunteers have been keeping track of local wildlife since 1875.

This 150th anniversary exhibition celebrates the iconic flora, fauna and habitats of our county.  It looks back at Victorian origins and forward to the future: recording change in challenging times for the natural world. The exhibition will be in the Keeper’s Galleries at St Albans Museum + Gallery and runs 21 March – 6 July 2025.
