The Lord-Lieutenant gives a speech at Janmashtami festival at The Bhaktivedanta Manor

The Lord-Lieutenant was honoured to be asked to give a short speech at this great festival to celebrate Lord Krishna’s birthday at The Hare Krishna Temple in Letchmore Heath attended by more than 60,000 people  The organisation of the event is something to behold and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful day in the sunshine.
