Sandringham School DoE Awards Presentation 2023

On 2nd March 2023, Marion Brown DL was delighted to be invited to present Duke of Edinburgh Awards to over 170 students at Sandringham School who had attained their Bronze, Silver or Gold Awards. Students were congratulated for their achievement, particularly in the face of challenges towards the tail end of the pandemic. They were also thanked for their significant contribution to volunteering within the County. Volunteering is one of the sections of the Award at all levels.

Thanks were also expressed to Mrs Alison Cuneen, Scheme Co-ordinator at Sandringham and Ms Vikki Borman, Gold Scheme co-ordinator who shared reflections of the participants’ experiences, plus all helpers who had supported students and enabled the scheme to be offered within the school.
