The Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Her Majesty’s personal representative in the County, sends his deepest condolences to the Royal family and he supports honouring the memories of Her Majesty.

Our deepest condolences to the Royal Family at this sad time. Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, was a magnificent Queen. Her strength and will, hugely inspiring. I will cherish the fond memory I have of seeing Her Majesty when I was a child. During one of many stays in St Thomas' hospital I was allowed to be taken to see Trouping of the Colour.
