Lord Charles Cecil DL Opens new Hall of the Potters Bar Royal British Legion Branch

On 15 November 2021, Lord Charles Cecil DL was invited to open the new Hall of the Potters Bar Royal British Legion branch. After the building was blessed by Father Stefan Chrysostomou, Charles Cecil made a brief speech and cut the ribbon.
