London Colney Community Awards Ceremony 2022

Marion Brown DL attended the London Colney Community Awards on Friday 11th March to present the ‘Good Neighbour’ Award to Hollie Findell. Ian Burnett was one of the other award winners in the category of Service to the Community.

Marion said – It was a very inspiring evening, hearing many stories of individuals and groups who had given so much so selflessly to others in their community, particularly during the past two years of the pandemic. Clearly, there is a real sense of community belonging and people looking out for each other in London Colney and this is very humbling to see. It was a great pleasure to meet the award winners and those who were nominated, to hear their stories and to witness their enthusiasm for serving the local residents in so many ways.
