Herts Welcomes Refugees AGM 2021

The Lord-Lieutenant-as Patron of the charity Herts Welcomes Refugees-opened their AGM on 25^th March. Amongst over 50 present at the virtual event were DLs Kate Belinis and Penny Williams.
