Electric Umbrella has reached Uganda

Hertfordshire charity-Electric Umbrella has reached Uganda. The charity which challenges the perception of people with learning disabilities and enriching and empowering lives through music and is becoming very well-known throughout Hertfordshire and beyond. The Lord-Lieutenant-who is Patron of the charity-commented how amazing it is that this wonderful Hertfordshire charity should have such a powerful impact 4000 miles away from its headquarters in Kings Langley.
