On 3rd April The Lord-Lieutenant addressed the virtual Easter Variety Party arranged by Dementia Friendly Watford attended by hundreds of residents from 27 care homes in and around Hertfordshire as well as many others. He spoke about the wonderful community spirit that has evolved during the lockdown and thanked the thousands of volunteers around the county
