Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Hertfordshire Constabulary Head Quarters in WGC

Dr Sally Burton, Vice Lord-Lieutenant represented the Lord-Lieutenant for the official Cutting of the Ribbon to mark the opening of the new Hertfordshire Constabulary Headquarters on 14th July.  After a welcome by Chief Constable Andy Prophet, the ribbon was cut by Police & Crime Commissioner Jonathan Ash-Edwards, and the assembled guests were given a guided tour of the new building.
