Welcome for new Rector of Wheathapstead

It was an immense pleasure for Annie Brewster to represent the Lord-Lieutenant in her own Parish and to welcome the new Rector of the benefice of Wheathampstead, Revd. Andrew Jefferson on 13^th May 2026. Those present included the Bishop of Hertford, the Rt Revd Jane Mainwaring (who conducted the Institution); the Archdeacon of St Albans, the Venerable Charles Hudson (the Installation and Induction) and Rural Dean, Revd Jo Burke (the Gathering).
