Briefing to Air Cadet Staff Conference

Air Vice-Marshal Nick Kurth CBE DL represented the Lord Lieutenant at the Hertfordshire Air Cadet Staff Conference and provided a presentation on the Lieutenancy.  For many attendees, it was the first time they had heard of the Lieutenancy and its activities.  Air Vice-Marshal Nick presented several awards, including to Lord Lieutenant’s Cadet, Air Cadet Flight Sergeant Lucy Waller from 1372 (Elstree and Borehamwood) Squadron. Significantly, Flight Sergeant Lucy undertook her Warrant Officer Board earlier in the week and the (positive) result was announced at the conference, much to her surprise and with the widespread congratulations from all present!  Well done Cadet Warrant Officer Lucy Waller!
