East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust Memorial Service

On 6th July 2021, The Lord-Lieutenant attended a very moving Memorial Service at Lister Hospital in Stevenage.

A wreath was laid next to 511 blue NHS flags – one for every person – 509 patients and 2 members of staff – who sadly lost their lives with Covid-19 at the Trust. The Lord-Lieutenant planted a “Sir Tom Moore” rose in the hospital grounds in memory of Sir Tom who’s fundraising for the NHS was of great help to The Lister.
