District Scouts St. Georges day Parade 2019

Akhtar Zaman DL, attended the District Scouts St. Georges Day Parade on 28th April.

The celebration of Scouting in St. Albans started with a parade from Civic Centre to Verulamium Park, followed by Promise Renewal Ceremony in the shadow of St. Albans Cathedral.

Delighted to be a part of the colourful spectacle where almost a thousand uniformed Scouts gathered with their flags and attempted to set a world record for “Largest Human Fleur de Lis”, fingers crossed whilst the record is verified. Great Event!
