Vice Admiral Allan Richards DL installs a Plaque at the NHS Fig Tree

On Wednesday, June 23 Vice Admiral Allan Richards CB JP DL represented the Lord-Lieutenant at Watford Peace Garden, in Cassiobury Park to unveil a plaque at the NHS fig tree.

The fig tree was planted on 30th March in gratitude to the NHS and social care, after being donated by Mrs Maria Sarah Figueiredo, an octogenarian, and her family friends, in recognition of the outstanding personal care, support and medical help from both the NHS and social care.

Local councilors and volunteers at the Peace Garden were there to celebrate the special occasion.
