Small Acts of Kindness 10th anniversary celebrations

On 25th June 2025 the Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to attend the 10th anniversary celebrations of Small Acts of Kindness – the Watford charity that has now packed and donated well over 100,000 warm winter bags to lonely and vulnerable people across the county. Robert and his wife Celia have been involved in packing the bags for many years.
