The Bishop of St Albans Blessing a tree planted for the QGC⁦

on 11th March 2022, the Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to join Bishop Alan Smith at St Albans Cathedral blessing the tree planted tor the Queen’s Green Canopy, in celebration of Her Majesty’s amazing reign in a place of such historical and spiritual importance.

Also in attendance were a number of dignitaries including the local MP Daisy Cooper, the Vic-Chair of County Council Annie Brewster, and the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire Lionel Wallace DL.
