John O’Connor Ltd Celebrating Apprenticeships Programme

On 10th February 2022 Sir Tim Wilson DL visited John O’Connor Ltd ltd as part of the Celebrating Apprenticeships programme.

John O’Connor is a well-known Grounds Maintenance Company based in Welwyn but with operations in many other counties. The company employs Apprentices in a wide range of functions – both horticultural and administrative – and also provides opportunities within the Kickstart scheme for young people who wish to pursue a career in this sector.  The visit was truly a celebration of the success of Apprentices in the company – and attended by over 30 people.
