Jo Connell DL visits AVV Solutions to celebrate excellence in apprenticeships

Deputy Lieutenant Jo Connell OBE DL visited AVV Solutions in Hemel Hempstead on Thursday 28 April as part of the Lieutenancy’s celebrating excellence in apprenticeships programme and was very impressed by the company and the enthusiasm of the apprentices.

AVV Solutions is a family run specialist construction business. They started operations in October 1996, predominantly in new techniques for the cleaning of brick & stone, then moved into masonry conservation & restoration followed by expansion into the new build sector. They put their success down to the experience and passion from their extremely committed and dedicated team. Julie Tincknell, Finance Director said “AVV Solutions are proud to employ and support many Apprentices. We offer a variety of roles throughout the business and each one of our apprentices is thriving on their courses”.
