Prince’s Trust Team 14 – Welwyn and Hatfield

On 11 December 2019, Lord Charles Cecil DL attended on behalf of the Lieutenancy the Awarding of Certificates to Team 14 (Welwyn and Hatfield). This is a 12 week programme run by The Prince’s Trust in collaboration with the Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service. (There are 5 areas in Hertfordshire and each carries out 3 courses a year.) It is for unemployed younger people —16-25–to help them develop skills, team working, voluntary work and build confidence. Moving and impressive stories.
The High Sheriff presented the certificates and spoke and Lord Cecil also spoke on behalf of the Hertfordshire Lieutenancy.
