On 23 January 2020, the Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to officially open the Mezzanine floor at Watford Workshop. It is such an amazing charity providing employment and life skills to adults with disabilities. Thanks to founders Aviva PLC, Warner Brothers UK and Betty Messenger Foundation.
