Mayor of Broxbourne’s International Women’s Day 2026

On Saturday 7th March 2026, Karen Trew DL was delighted to be one of the seven speakers at the Mayor of Broxbourne’s International Women’s Day event.

The speakers included two men and five women, with the youngest being 13 years old.

The Broxbourne Community Choir sang songs from around the world.

This was an inspirational event and well attended. The audience participated fully and some of them shared their stories too. A wonderful afternoon!
