Lord-Lieutenant Attends the AGM Tolmers Scout Camp in Cuffley

On 24^th June-as President of Hertfordshire Scouts-the Lord-Lieutenant chaired the AGM at Tolmers Scout Camp in Cuffley. It was great to meet some of the scouts off to South Korea for the forthcoming Jamboree-the event with over 40,000 scouts from around the world.

It was good to hear about the steady progress of the scouting movement in Hertfordshire with almost 18,000 young people involved and over 3,000 on the waiting list as the need for adult volunteers increases.
