The 2024 Hertfordshire Meritorious Service Awards took place on 26th February at the County HQ of Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Army Cadet Force.
The Vice Lord-Lieutenant, Captain Ant Chapman RD DL RN, was delighted to represent the Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Mr Robert Voss CBE CStJ, and was assisted by Lt Colonel Craig Tallents, Chair of the Herts Forum.
The well-deserving recipients of the Certificates for Meritorious Service were:
  • HMS WILDFIRE – Cdr Laura Harrison
  • 254 Multi-Role Med Regt – Sgt Darren Tearle
  • ACF – 2Lt John Warburton
  • SCC – PO Richard Rhodes
  • CCF – Capt Charles Upton
  • CCF – Ft Lt Helen Duffy
The Vice Lord-Lieutenant also presented Lieutenant (SCC) Colin POLLARD RNR with the Cadet Force Medal.
