Hertfordshire British Empire Medals presentation 2023

On 11th October the Lord-Lieutenant was delighted to present British Empire Medals to Hertfordshire recipients. The ceremony was held at County Hall in Hertford and attended by a number of dignitaries, recipients and their families. The dignitaries included the High Sheriff of Hertfordshire Liz Green and Chair of Hertfordshire County Council Terry Douris.
