Hearts for Herts Defibrillator unveiling

Category : Events

Local paramedic Justin Honey-Jones has set up a charity called Hearts for Herts, seeking to distribute defibrillators and bleed kits across Hertfordshire, identifying where they are most needed. Sally Burton DL was honoured to represent the Lord-Lieutenant, who has already unveiled a newly installed defibrillator at the Barns at Knebworth House, by unveiling two more installations in Hertford and Welwyn Garden City. In Hertford the defibrillator is hosted by the Isabel Hospice shop in the town centre, and in WGC the team of Herts Ability on the Great North Road have installed a cabinet by the entrance to their offices. Both are fully accessible to the public at all times.
