Dragons Apprentice Awards Event 2023

On 27 March 2023, the Lord-Lieutenant attended the Dragons Apprentice Awards Event. It was a well attended event with participation from some great teams.

The Lord-Lieutenant said:

“I would like to congratulate all the teams who took part in this year’s Dragons Apprentice Challenge and particularly the overall winners team Dingo Dollars from Sir John Lawes School.  I was very impressed to see the all the teams’ displays and have the opportunity to talk to all the students about the challenges they faced. Listening to the presentations I was particularly struck by how they learnt that allocating individual roles created a stronger team and that communication with teachers, the public and social media could make a big impact.”
