Deputy Lieutenants attend the PlaySkill AGM

On 13 November, DLs Joyce Plotnikoff and Richard Woolfson attended the AGM of Playskill, a unique Hertfordshire charity that runs parent and child groups for pre-school children with special physical needs. Groups are run by a skilled team, including a paediatric physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech and language therapist.
