HRH The Princess of Wales’s “Together at Christmas” Service at the Cathedral
On 8th December 2024, a “Special Carol Service” was held at the St. Albans Cathedral. This was one of HRH The Princess of Wales’s “Together at Christmas” 15 services held around the country. The theme followed that for the service in Westminster Abbey on 6th December.
The Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Robert Voss CBE CStJ, together with The Dean of St Albans, The Very Reverend Jo Kelly-Moore, were delighted to invite community members to a Special Carol Service at St Albans Cathedral on Sunday 8th December at 6.00 pm. With a focus on “empathy,” the Service was specially dedicated to those who have been there for others during life’s challenging times, in whatever form. The Service was also an opportunity to support those in our communities who may have had a difficult year.
