Broxbourne Annual Civic Service 2024

On 7th April 2024, Deputy Lieutenant Mark Bretton was privileged to represent the Hertfordshire Lieutenancy at the Broxbourne Annual Civic Service; he was accompanied by his wife Leah Bretton JP. They were hosted by the Mayor of Broxbourne, Councillor Paul Seeby, and the service was conducted by the Mayor’s Chaplain, the Reverend Eugene Hanshaw.

In the congregation were Sir Charles Walker MP and the Leader of Broxbourne Borough Council, Lewis Cocking together with Councillor Terry Douris, Chairman of Hertfordshire County Council and several other local Mayors and dignitaries.
