Ver Valley Society presented with the QAVS Award

The Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to present Ver Valley Society with the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service at St Michaels Manor Hotel in St Albans. He expresses his gratitude for the work that the society does to protect the rare and important chalk stream as well as giving great opportunities for the community to enjoy the river and its surrounding area.
