Hertfordshire Business Recovery Forum
Enterprise Hertfordshire has launched the Hertfordshire Business Recovery Forum. It’s main aims are:
- to help the business community obtain and offer support to other organisations
- to secure feedback that will help the Herts Economic Resilience Cell deliver its objectives. The ERC will be drafting the Herts economic recovery plan in due course.
Quite understandably the focus of support to date has been on helping residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are many SMEs, charities, social enterprises and community groups that have fallen through the Government’s financial safety net which will result in many being forced to close. It will have a huge adverse impact on residents’ livelihoods, the Herts economy as a whole and on its social fabric.
