South Asian Carnival Mass in Welwyn Garden City

Annie Brewster DL JP was very proud to represent the Lord-Lieutenant at a special South Asian Carnival Mass and party at Our Lady’s Church in Welwyn Garden City with representatives from the Sri Lanka High Commission. In a variety of languages from Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka, this vibrant event was led by Canon Norbert Fernandes, with spectacular dances and delicious food from South Asia.
