Queen Elizabeth was the only queen I knew to rule this country, now we have a king, King Charles, whom I believe will make a wonderfull, caring king, Queen Elizabeth reigned for just over 70 yrs, what an achievement! the things she saw in her life time, many changes and different prime ministers, she married her Prince, she raised her family, cared about all people , head a wonderfull smile, now she is at peace with her late husband, mother, father, grand father and sister, rest in peace , thank you for everything you did for our country and other countries, god bless you... It is hard to know what write. So many thoughts and emotions goes through the mind at a time like this. I have been a loyal servant my whole adult life, from Soldier to Police Officer. We wish to express our deepest condolences to His Royal Highness, King Charles III, Queen Consort Camilla and all the Royal Family, on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, whom we will remember with great affection and respect. We are grateful for her faithful dedication and service, reigning as our Head of State for seventy years with grace and wisdom, for all her subjects here and all over the Commonwealth, acting as a source of inspiration and stability. Queen Elizabeth led by example, showing kindness and respect to people of all races and religions. In doing so she has enabled our country to be a safe place for all to worship according to their faith. Our weekly Sabbath prayers in the synagogue, have for centuries included a prayer for the Queen and the Royal Family. 'May the supreme King of kings in his mercy preserve the Queen in life, guard her and deliver her from all trouble and sorrow. May he put into her heart and into the hearts of all her counsellors, a spirit of wisdom and understanding that they may uphold the peace of the realm, advance the welfare of the nation. We are ever grateful that with G-d's grace, our Queen has surpassed the expression of our prayers. May the legacy of all that the Queen stood for continue to flourish and may her memory serve as an everlasting blessing to us all.... Collapse

It has been a privilege to grow up with the Queen. I have fond memories of my Nan, Agnes Hughes, and my Great Aunty Mary Kiernan and games pretending the Queen was coming to tea. She has done well by this country and her family are in my thoughts and prayers. My son, Robert, will now be experiencing a different era and I’ll have to update his UK monarch's mugs! Going to be strange tomorrow as the Queens funeral is in the sane day as my mums birthday! RIP QEII... Collapse
