Trees planted at Panshanger Park for the QGC
On 19th January the Lord-Lieutenant visited Panshanger Park along with a number of dignitaries including HCC Chair Annie Brewster and HCC Leader Richard Roberts to mark the planting of over 17,000 trees as part of the Queen’s Green Canopy. He planted an elm tree and unveiled a beautifully carved statue before helping others from various areas of the county plant smaller trees in the park. He expressed his gratitude to Tarmac Ltd-the owners of the park- for their generosity.
