East Herts Council Holocaust Memorial Event

Dr Richard Woolfson and Dame Joyce Plotnikoff attended the East Herts Council Holocaust Memorial event in Hertford on 26 January. It was hosted by Council chair Ian Devonshire and Councillor Jonathan Kaye. Speakers included Vlada and Barbara, Ukrainian students, and Yaroslav Barkov, a Ukrainian lawyer who worked in the Parliament in Kyiv.
